- It’s near eminent schools such as Catholic High School and Raffles Institution.
- Close proximity to Bishan Ang Mo Kio Park and MacRitchie Reservoir Park for family recreation and leisure activities.
- District 20 has a relatively low population density, yet is still one of Singapore’s prime areas. There’s room for capital appreciation as older buildings are replaced by newer developments at higher cost.
- Other condo developments in the area have shown that as population density starts to increase, it’s accompanied by healthy sales and rental transactions.
- The quality of the area’s schools will also be a major factor in increasing population.
